If you have missed your court date you will have to act quickly to ensure that your license is not revoked and/or you are not assessed a penalty for not appearing in court.   In most cases this means requesting a new court date within 20 days. If you ticket is old and you did not appear then your case will be put in VL status and your license will be indefinitely suspended. If you retain our firm we can obtain a new court date on those cases that are less than 20 days old. We can also bring up old cases to be disposed of so that your license can be reinstated.  It is essential, however, that missed court dates are addressed as soon as possible so that your license is not revoked or that the length of your suspension does not increase due to other violations.
